Push Ups

What could be easier than push ups, right? But when executed with proper form through a full range of motion, they require a tremendous amount of core stabilization – which often gets completely left out.

WOD (workout of the day)
Back Squats – 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 3, 3 rep sets

– take as much rest between each as needed.
– Intensity here is determined by the amount of weight lifted rather than time. Lift as much weight as possible each set while maintaining good form, remembering that full depth is thighs below parallel.
