A: Mountain Biking? Charlie has been CrossFitting with us now for about 8 months… and when he started, he had no idea what he was getting himself into! One of the benefits we tell people that is possible as a result of training at PF is the ability to “beat your friends.” No one expressed it in a way quite as clearly as Charlie did in a recent email he sent to me.
