This weekend Coach Shirley, Maddison, Elliot, Swong, AMZ, Monica & Ryan, and Ronnie used their fitness to rock the Ragnar Relay (#wineondowntheroad).  Congrats team!  

Hopefully most of you are somewhat rested after our, “Recovery Week,” last week?  Regardless, we have a diverse yet interesting week ahead.  Happy training all!


Monday’s Workout

5 Thrusters (135/95)
10 Bar muscle-ups
200m Run


And Coming Tuesday

A) 20 Front squats (+2%)

B) 3 Rounds for quality (RFQ) on the 7:00
     100 DU
     1 Circuit of “Tuminello’s Plate Circuit (Minus Lunges)”
     100m Sandbag front carry
     Max effort kipping pull-ups
