CrossFit concentrationThis Saturday February 26th is Bring a Friend Day. Grab you kids and friends and don’t forget to head to Clover Park this Saturday. We will be meeting at the park at our regularly scheduled times for class. You won’t miss us in our CFLA kids shirts! I’m looking forward to a great workout at the park and to seeing you all there.
