Rest when you must
Naz takes a needed rest during the “Angie.” We talk regularly about work and rest… and when doing a CrossFit workout, determining how much of each is something every person must determine on their own. How much work can/should you do before you take a rest? How much rest can/should you take before resuming? What combination of each will give you the fastest finishing time? Every workout presents an opportunity to work out the answers… try it!
