How ‘bout some RESULTS!!
How fit are you? How much has your fitness improved? We regularly answer those questions by challenging our students with events like Saturday’s – how much improvement could they record in one of four workouts over 8 weeks of training – “Baseline,” “Cindy,” “Jackie,” or “Mary.” As you can see in the pictures on our wiite board, EVERYONE showed incredible improvement (their old number is in parentheses).
