Santa Monica is home to one of coolest public gymnastic playgrounds anywhere in the world! We meet there every Saturday morning for a beach workout. Here, Mark Eckhardt demonstrates his ring prowess.



WOD (workout of the day)

Run 2, 400m intervals for time. Take as much rest as needed between each.
Rest
10 overhead squats – 5 sets. Increase load each set.

Run 2, 400m intervals for time.
