We could care less about the body part that you want to look better. The funny thing… the less you focus on a body parts looking good, the better it looks (and your whole body looks) – AND by focusing on function, the better your body moves with ease through life!

WOD (workout of the day)
“Mary”
complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 handstand push ups
10 1 leg squats
15 pull ups
