Draw your favorite part of the workout!There are a few things I have learned that are universally loved by kids:

1) Rowing Machines
2) Parallel Bars
3) Rope Climbing

And lucky for them, we do all three of these in CFLA Kids! So, if you’re a harried parent at home, wondering how to occupy your kids, think of investing in one of these three things. wink
