Running into the New Year!

Chris comes in from a run, but as one of our students recently commented, we do way less running in our program than most runners are accustomed to, yet across the board, students run times in 5k and 10k races are faster than ever! The diffence? CrossFit.

WOD (workout of the day)
2 rounds:
1,000m row
50 thrusters
30 pull ups

** put a 2 minute rest between each exercise
