Do you remember how much fun you had as a kid running around, never suspecting for a moment that you were “working out.” Well those days have returned! For anyone interested in recapturing their youth, head out to Santa Monica beach, 1 Arcadia Terrace – the grass pad just South of the Pier – this Sunday by 11am and have some beach-tastic fun! Join Sam for something a little bit different from your typical workout. The beach will be your playground. Bring a water bottle, bring a towel, and be ready for some fun!

One more important thing to note – This does NOT count as a CFLA class. Come out one and all and enjoy!
