Sandbag Fun Time
Today’s the day we start playing around with the sandbags! We’re excited to move awkward objects in new ways that will translate to new adaptations. This basic introduction to strongman/sandbag movement is meant to fun, different, and work explosiveness, intensity, and endurance under load. Here’s a video detailing the movements we’re learning this week.
