It’s that time of year again … Whole Life Challenge time! Once a year, we blow this out as a team, as a community — and in years past we’ve seen incredible transformations, new awareness, and habits changed for the better. CFLA is, after all, the place from where the challenge began.
When: Sat, Jan 20, 8am. Start the first day right with a big kick off at the gym where we’ll take measurements and do a baseline workout.
Duration: Until March 2. Here’s a new twist, the WLC now is 6 weeks long instead of 8. Enough time to make permanent changes, if you desire, and just shy of that burn-out stage.
Why: For you’re own personal dedication to positive change. YOU define what that is.
What is it …?? The WLC is an online game where we’ll spend the next six weeks improving our health, happiness, and our relationships with self and others. Each day during the challenge, we’ll earn points for completing each of the 7 Daily Habits: nutrition, exercise, mobility, sleep, hydration, sticking to the weekly practice, and reflection (at the end of each day, write briefly about how the day went.) Cost: BEFORE JAN 3, returning players: $29. New player: $39. AFTER JAN 3, all players: $49

ALSO, I’m bringing in the Body Fat Truck on Thursday, Jan 18th from 6:30am-noon if you guys are interested in knowing a “before” BF and lean muscle mass metrics before the start of the Whole Life Challenge.
