Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
(All done while carrying medicine ball)
100m run
7 front squats
7 push press
7 push jerks

Attempt to set 2-3 personal records in events listed on our new leaderboard!Say hi to our newest assistant coach, Michael! Michael has been a CrossFit coach for a few years now and recently started working with our kids program. Previously he has coached kids in rock climbing and enjoyed seeing them take on new things and be excited about their accomplishments. Now, Michael can bring together his love of kids and of CrossFit into one class!
