Saying goodbye to Kevin and Kelly: Me vs. WE

This week we say goodbye to our dear friends Kevin and Kelly Butler who are relocating to Philadelphia. Kevin makes a cameo in  this week’s video to describe his namesake Mental Toughness workout, “The KB.”

Additionally, after some time off I’ve started podcasting again (see above). I’ll be honest – I feel incredibly vulnerable but I’m compelled to share. My guess is there is some significant growth ahead….


Monday’s Workout
Practice

A) In 5min:
200m SB Front carry
Max HR Pushups
 -2min Rest-

In 5min:
400m Run

B) FQL
Front squats
1 x 20 (~60%)

Weighted chinups
Work up to heavy 5

And Coming Tuesday
Competition

A) AMRAP 10
30sec Handstand hold
14 Jumping lunges
5 Power cleans (60-65%)

B) 3 Rounds on the 4:00
200m Row
5 Deadlifts (70-75%)
 –2min cap–
