Science proves yet again that this CrossFit thing actually works.

When I read that, my first thought was, well duh… I’ve been CrossFitting now for years and putting runs after learning things like snatch, clean and handstands, and I can tell you that THAT works. But I didn’t know that it actually works BETTER or faster than simply doing nothing. This might help to explain why we see such incredible and relatively fast fitness and skill improvements in CrossFitters. I find it interesting how often science tries to (and often does) prove what those of us that are out doing stuff already know is true. You know, that CrossFit thing… it really works. Ha!
