How many squats can you do? Our general rule is that if you can’t do at least 200, you have no business doing any with weights, balls or dumbbells.


WOD (workout of the day)
With a 75# barbell, complete 5 rounds of the following:
Shoulder press until failure
Push press until failure
Jerk until failure
Do NOT let the bar come down from shoulder height during any round.
