December is hard enough… I mean really, with holiday parties, cookies, gatherings, treats, drinking, family, dinners, New Year Eve… all the odds are stacked against you to stay fit and healthy… and then throw COLD and RAIN on top of that in Southern California… you have about every good reason for NOT showing up that there is. Well, almost every one… you see, most of you train INDOORS… At our Santa Monica Beach location, training is all outdoors – and this past Monday, in a deluge of rain, wind and cold weather, Ryan, Masters and Monica still showed up for their workout! So, if you’re thinking this week that you’re justified in NOT showing up, think of these three… and whatever your reason, it could ALWAYS be worse. Be UN-reasonable. Find a way – come hell or high water!
