-If highly competent at double unders, use this time to find a 1RM thruster

B)
8 rounds for time
5 Thruster (135/95)
50 Double Under
– 12 min cap
– Scale thrusters to 67.5% of 1RM

AND COMING FRIDAY (CAP)
TRAINING

A) Squat Clean and Jerk 1-1-1-1-1

B)
In 10 min, complete a 1 mile run then complete as many Muscle-ups as possible
– Scale to max reps of pull-ups if students don’t have muscle-ups
