Muscle ups aren’t just hard physically, they require practice and skill… a little like practicing to shoot a free throw, or to dribble a soccer ball. This photo is of Becca as she finishes a muscle up. She’s using a rubber band to assist her with the movement, which gives her the ability to physically do it, and allows her to neurologically practice a skill that with no practice, she’d never get. Practicing a movement like this is something that is best done prior to our completely outside of your workout, until you get the skill, that is… then, have at it!
