Have you ever tried walking or running on ice? If you live anywhere but but Southern California right now, you could probably walk out of your front door and try it… and if you did, you’d be practicing the most effective method for learning the “midfoot strike”. “What’s that,” you may ask? It’s one of the keys to Pose or Chi running… So get to your nearest hockey ice rink and give it a try (and if you can’t get to the ice, read about it here – and see if you can mimic it in your running on a solid surface.)
