Alex demonstrates one part of a traverse of our pull up bars that we affectionately call a “Monkey Trip”. Remeber as a kid swinging around on monkey bars? If you can find a set of them, try it again now – I promise it’s still lots of fun!

3 rounds for time:
10 weighted pull ups
20 one-arm split jerks
30 one-arm overhead walking lunges
20 one-arm split jerks
10 weighted pull ups

use the same weight dumbbell for entire workout
post weight used and time to comments
