3 rounds for time of:
15 Front squats (165/115)
25 Push ups
35 KB swings (24/16)
45 sit ups
55 double unders”The best moments – and most agonizing ones – occur at the intersection between two people.” I read this and wondered whether it explains why community is such an important driving force in CrossFit. Imagine finishing “Fran” in record time and having no one to share it with (whether it’s on-line on a blog, in comments or live on the floor of the gym). To me that sounds like a total bummer – totally hollow and empty. What do you think? Would you muster up as much intensity, feel as satisfied, ‘enjoy’ your workouts, and remain as consistent were it not for the other people you CrossFit with? If not, do you take the time in class, after a workout, in an email or on a blog like this to acknowledge their importance to you, your workouts and/or your life? Go ahead… speak up… don’t be bashful, shy, or self-conscious… believe me, you’ll be glad you did!
