Stand Tall

CrossFit forges elite fitness… but it does something else that is just as important… it builds confidence. Whether it means you walk just a wee bit taller, speak with a slightly stronger tenor, sign up to do things that are completely new with more ease, look people in the eye more frequently, stand up for yourself more often, carry yourself with more confidence, or agree to having a picture taken of yourself that you know is going to get posted on Flickr like the one below (that take a hell of a lot of self confidence, right Matty?), building fitness and building confidence go hand-in-hand. So much, in fact, that you could say – “CrossFit – Forging Elite Confidence” … hmmm… naah… probably best left as is.
