Start the Zone
Sure you may think I’m being pushy but that’s ok in my opinion… but before you jump to any conclusions why not try the Zone for 2 weeks, by the book to give it an honest chance, and then tell me what you think. Oh- and by the way the Zone isn’t anti-carb, let’s get that out there, it’s just for lowering carb consumption and truly balancing the diet.
