Most people’s idea of a good workout – 45 – 60 minutes at a moderate pace. Feel fresh when you finish.
Our idea of a good workout – 10-20 minutes and when you finish, you’re blasted, wiped out, wrecked. We do it this way because it gives the best results, period.

WOD (workout of the day)
For time:
4 rounds
Run (sprint) for 60 seconds, then turn around and sprint back. Try to make it back to the spot you started.
25 burpees
