Back Squats – spend 30 minutes – find today’s 3RM
Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes of:
3 pull ups
6 Push Ups

Are you setting your sights high enough? Sure, goals need to be realistic, but if they are so realistic that they’re really easily achievable, they’re not invoking enough risk. If you’re not risking, you’re not growing, nor are you becoming your best.
