10 rounds for time of:
150m Run
7 Chest to bar pull ups
7 Front squats (135/95)
7 Handstand Push UpsWe are about to start another cycle of “Wendler 5/3/1” Programming. For those of you just starting our program, the Wendler 5/3/1 progression is a system that we use to create structure around building strength. Thus far, we have completed 4 cycles of Back Squat and Dead Lift. Now we are moving on to the “Strict” Press… getting a weight overhead through strength alone.

If you want to really understand the program, click on the link above and read the interview on T-Nation with Wendler… there is a lot of info written online about his program. Additionally, you should download the spreadsheet we created specifically for the Press (first item in the list here.) The first workout in the cycle is this coming Monday, Feb 14… and the Wendler Strict Press day will be on the following week, one day later… and will continue in this pattern for 16 weeks. The good news about this programming is that you can jump in any time… and it does create some pretty dramatic results… so come on… lets get strong TOGETHER!!
