Strong grip? Live long!
Bet you never thought there was a connection between grip strength and longevity! Interestingly enough, it has been shown to be one (of many) factors (Midlife Risk Factors and Healthy Survival in Men). So, if you want to increase the odds in your favor, I’d suggest plenty of farmers walking, Olympic weightlifting, dead lifting, pull ups and improving your overall forearm tendon and connective tissue, and wrist strength with our DynaFlex Powerballs (they also make a great Christmas present!)
