Student Hopper Week!

We are in the midst of an incredible Retest Week! There are already so many huge PR’s, and we aren’t even done! WOO! I’m so happy to see everyone improving. You guys really inspire me!

So what’s coming up next? Well most of you know by now that next week is “Student Hopper Week.” We’ve taken YOUR workout submissions and put them into a hopper. The 6am class will randomly draw a new workout from the hopper each day, and that will be the workout for the day. This is a little bit of a departure from being able to see the week’s programming in advance, but this is not something new in the CrossFit world. It’s what’s known as preparation for the “Unknown and Unknowable.” Let’s have some fun with it!

After that we’ll have Test Week for the next main training cycle. More on that later!

EMOM Vortex
5 Thrusters (65/45)
5 Burpees
5 Power snatches
5 Toes to bar

And Coming Friday

50 Double unders
10 Alt pistols
10 C2B pullups
10 Balancing MB Side throws (14/10)
1 Balancing pivot reverse
10 Balancing MB Side throws
