A) 5 on 3 (Beg 4 on 4) each round for time:
12 Strict chin-ups
20 AbMat sit-ups
B) 1 RM PJ – 15 mins
C) 20RM BS (+5#)
Friday are Franklin Hill Sprints. I don’t know about you, but for me, even more-so than “Fran”, the thought of Franklin hill sprint days leave me with a slight quivering sensation in my lower abdomen. It brings up thoughts for me like, “I don’t really need to go to THAT workout, do I?” Or, “Eh… I’ve been training hard enough lately, I really don’t need to do hill sprints!” It should come as no surprise to you that Franklin Hill Sprints, though one of the simplest things we do, are not easy, and are definitely one of the most impactful in terms of growing your athletic capacity.
I’ve got a challenge for this ENTIRE community. SHOW UP on Friday, whether you think you need to or not, whether it makes you nervous or not, whether it’s hot (it will be) or not, whether you feel like it or not. Lets get 100 people sprinting up and down Franklin Hill tomorrow. Now THAT would be something to talk about.
