Sometimes the only way to get a workout in that you really don’t like or want to do is to show up for a class and get “hit” with it. Yesterday, Becca did that to the 12 noon class – “Murph” she said within’ 2 minutes of us walking in the door. Ugh. I would NEVER have chosen that one today… That’s the beauty of training with a coach in a community – doing things that you’d never do on your own.

5 Handstand Push-ups
7 “L” Pull-ups
10 Good mornings – 95 pounds
