Swing it up!
A kettlebell swing is called a swing for a reason, not a kettlebell “pull”. When you swing the bell, and don’t pull it, your arms don’t bend and momentum carries it up above your head (this is correct form)… there is actually very little effort done with your upper body other than hanging onto the bell.
