If you’ve been thinking that you’d like to try some of the workouts from the Regional CrossFit Games Qualifiers, now is your chance. For the next several weeks, we’re going to be doing the workouts from various regions around the country/world, starting with the 3 of the 4 workouts from the Dirty South Region (Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi), Monday – Wednesday this week.

5 Rounds for time of:
20 Double Unders
10 Wall Ball (20/14), (11.5’/10′)
1 Rope Climb 15 ft. (no feet if possible)
