Take Your Mark, Get Set…  GO!

Sometimes the seemingly easy workouts are the ones that hurt the most. This photo is from the start of: 4 rounds of 400m run and 50 squats. I had people telling me for days how sore their legs were after that one. Another one that doesn’t seem like much – 10 x 50m sprints. What are the workouts that come to mind for you that surprised you… that you “sluffed off” or scoffed at, but a couple days later, felt the unforgettable impact on your body??

Today’s Workout
Thrusters 3-3-3-3-3-3
– must start from the ground (not a rack)
– goal is to find your 3RM (3 rep max)
