In 30min complete as much work as possible following this ascending pattern:
     10 Burpees
     100m Run
     20 Burpees
     200m Run
     30 Burpees
     300m Run
     Etc….

And Coming Tuesday
Practice

A) 2 RFQ @ <30s/m
     4 x 250m Row : 100m Paddle
 –2min Rest between rounds–

B) FQT
     21-15-9
     Sit to stands
     Kipping ring dips
