1 RM BS (Back Squat) 25 min

1 RM Press 15 min
This week we will be establishing our baselines for Cycle 5. New challenges will include broad jumps, our first urban endurance course and a GTO (ground to overhead) ladder. The intent is to have fun while expanding your overall fitness.
