You spoke, and we listened! Many people brought up the idea of retesting some of our cycle test workouts during the cycle, instead of waiting until Retest Week. After careful consideration, we are doing a Mid-Cycle Retest of our current endurance test workout “Kamrynn” (see below). We hope you can use this as an opportunity to check in on your progress and discover where you still need to work.
