The Biggest Loser – season finale

OK, I don’t usually recommend TV shows here, but last night was the finale of the NBC show The Biggest Loser. The transformation of the people on this show is absolutely amazing – and whether its losing a 100 lbs, running your PR in a 5k, or being in better shape at 50 than you were at 35; Petranek Fitness is ALL about changing lives! Speaking of changing lives, Jesse and Larry (pictured) are working on their rope climbing skills.

WOD (workout of the day)
For time:
40 pull ups
40 thrusters (35# dumbbells)
400m run
40 push ups
40 medicine ball clean & press (20# ball)
400m run
40 jumping lunges
40 ghd sit ups (or 80 regular sit ups)
