When you simply can’t muster up the strength to keep your legs out straight for an “L” sit, the “chair” sit is a great alternative – as Jocelyn adeptly demonstrates!

WOD (workout of the day)
For time:
2 min “L” Sit
50 Thrusters – 45#
45 GHD sit ups
40 Pull ups
35 Walking lunges w/ 20# dumbbells
30 Box jumps
25 Bird pickers (each leg)
20 Burpees
15 dumbbell front squats (35# dbs)
10 double unders
