Today’s Workout

5 Rounds for max reps of:
Front Squat (BW / ¾ BW)
Single Unders – 2 min

-rest as long as necessary between movements & roundsThe CrossFit Games came and went this weekend… but not without a lot of incredible performances by ALL the athletes competing. The entire weekend was epic… from the affiliate team competition and the masters, to the incredibly well done live streaming of the event (when not at the Games, I was fixed to my computer or my iPhone to catch all the action.) For the individual competition, It was quite the battle with WODs that were both long, short, heavy, and light that tested the competitors’ speed, accuracy, agility, balance, coordination, power, strength, endurance and stamina. NOTHING was left out… and the winner on the men’s side came down to the very last event on the rope climb (but more on that in a later post).

Congratulations to Graham Holmberg and Kris Clever – the fittest male and female athletes on the planet!
