On Friday morning, Traver B. (pressing up above the rings) got his first ever muscle up! And then he proceeded to do 27 more over the course of the workout. Congratulations, Traver – awesome job!
** Jonesy AND Jeremy also got their first muscle ups that day… and Jeremy went on to do all 28 too!
