500m Row for timeAfter six weeks of cleans, jerks, practice, and hard training, the GRACE Challenge came to a sweaty conclusion this past Saturday here at CFLA. We saw some pretty amazing performances and all kinds of improvement!

Of the 55 CFLA athletes who finished the challenge, 53 of them improved on their times from the prelims. 46 out of the 55 cut at least 10% off of their prelims time, and 27 improved by at least 20%. It just goes to show what some focus can do for your training in a short period of time!
