Push upHave you ever noticed how much you may say “no” to things? The really strange thing is, you may not even hear yourself say it when you do say it. You may be saying “no” out of fear or doubt but convincing yourself (in an indiscernable instant — because we’re really good at it) that it’s actually the reasonable thing to do.
The moment you say “yes,” something happens.
The moment you say “yes” whatever you said “yes” to actually starts.
You may think that what you’ll have to do if you say “yes” is too hard; you may be tired even thinking about it!
But the moment you say “yes” everything actually becomes easier. You might even notice that you’re not so tired anymore.
This may be because you really meant to say “yes” all along. That who you really are is raring to go, but the you that compromises and convinces yourself it’s not possible is a big, fat “no.” The exhaustion comes from the constant conflict between the two.
Wanna win that conflict? Just say “yes.”
