The ONE rule for food

While we’re on the topic of nutrition, I thought I’d include a link to this article about the author’s ONE rule regarding food. It’s a good one. In talking about nutrition, an easy way to AVOID taking action is to analyze things to death (macronutrient content, supplements, ratios, etc). KISS (keep it simple, stupid). If you live by this one rule – Eat Real Food (and I would add two more words… In Moderation), you’ll do pretty darn well for yourself. But check out the article – it’s simple, but not easy. Thoughts?
