15 Pull-upsThe Whole Life Challenge starts this Saturday. It’s gonna be great. You’re gonna be excited, enthusiastic and raring to go. Then it’s gonna get hard. You’re gonna get mad. You’re gonna think the rules are stupid. You’re gonna want to quit and you’re gonna look for a way around or a way out.

Let’s make a deal. When that happens remember this — you asked for this. You asked to be challenged until it hurt. You asked to be challenged until you transformed. You asked to be challenged until you were unrecognizable from the person who started this. And most of all, remember this — for what you want there is no way around. The only way out is to go through.
