The Pursuit of Happyness

So I begrudgingly agreed to go to see “The Pursuit of Happyness” a few days ago, thinking it was going to be a sappy, feel-good, chick flick. Boy was I surprised. It was a difficult movie to watch – it took my idea of “a tough life” to a whole new level. I left the theater wondering if I really “liked” it. Cut to yesterday, I was thinking about how much I had to do and how “hard” it’s going to be – and the story from the movie popped into my head… indellible pictures like that work miracles for me – 2 thumbs up! Bottom-to-Bottom Tabata Squats
8 cycles of 20″ work / 10″ rest. During the rest, come to, and stay in the bottom squat position. Your score is the lowest # of squats you do during any one 20″ interval.

1 set of max push ups.
