I stumbled across this video on CrossFit Central Scotland’s website yesterday. It didn’t appear to be much at first, but it is an obstacle course like none I’ve ever seen. From the video, it looks like it would pretty well challenge your stamina, speed, strength, endurance, power, balance, agility, coordination, accuracy, and flexibility. I’d love to give it a try sometime… now if I could only convince my wife to spend our next vacation in Riga, Latvia!

Today’s Workout
“2 Bars of Death”
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 rep rounds for time of:
Deadlift – 1.5 x bodyweight
Squat Clean – .75 x bodyweight
Push ups – 3x the number of reps in the round
– example – round 1: 10 deadlifts, 10 squat cleans, 30 push ups
