CFLA Whiteboard results from 4/29/13This is the weekend it all happens. From a field of over 140,000 in this year’s CrossFit Games Open, it’s now been whittled down to the top 46 men and 44 women… who will battle it out in 9 events, Friday through Sunday at the Stub Hub Center in Carson.

Below is the schedule for the weekend. Do yourself a favor, carve out some time and watch one of the events (http://games.crossfit.com – and click on “watch”). The coverage is awesome. In fact, I was watching on my iPhone on Wednesday, and, though small, was still pretty great. The mastery of human movement that these athletes exhibit will leave you both inspired and in total awe. As a CrossFitter, you’ll appreciate the difficulty of the things these athletes do, seemingly with ease.
