30 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)How hard is it to find a reason to celebrate? Today is the end of the Sweet Cheeks No-Grain Challenge – awesome job to everyone who participated! Celebrate! Taxes are filed! Celebrate! Armen’s birthday! Celebrate! If you tried could you find a reason every day? I actually look at our workouts as a celebration of what we are capable of. I mean, how often have you found yourself tossing a barbell from overhead to the ground with a resounding “HA!” or “YES!” coupled with a double pump of the fist or a mini-victory dance (even if only in your head)? Every time you push yourself to the limit is a moment to celebrate that you really are awesome! That you are a rare human being who accomplishes extraordinary feats of astonishing skill, mind-blowing strength and highly focused excellence. Now who wouldn’t be up for that every day?
